Available for new opportunities. My most recent contract has wrapped up and I'm actively exploring my next role in implementations, delivery, or product management. Open to full-time, contract, and consulting engagements.
Eight years in implementations teaches you something nobody puts in a job description: the most dangerous moment in any software rollout isn't go-live. It's the three weeks before it, when scope is drifting, stakeholders are misaligned, and everyone's hoping the other person caught the problem.
I'm the person who catches the problem — early, clearly, and with a path forward already in hand. I've managed complex SaaS rollouts across six industries, from enterprise hospitality platforms to government-facing systems, and the difference between a clean launch and a crisis is almost never technical. It's communication, ownership, and knowing when to push back.
Outside of client work, I bring the same approach to organizational operations — building workflows from scratch, standing up project management systems, and helping teams move from scattered to structured.
I own delivery end to end — scope, timeline, stakeholders, risk. I don't forward problems; I bring options. If something's going sideways, I'd rather surface it two weeks early than explain it at go-live.
I've worked as both the implementer and the person managing the vendor relationship. That dual perspective changes how I communicate — I know what a client actually hears when you say "that's out of scope."
I build operational systems for community organizations — intake workflows, project tracking, communications infrastructure. The work looks different. The approach is identical.
"The path is rarely straight — but those who stay ready find that every detour was preparation, not delay."
— John C. MaxwellHere's where my time and energy are going right now.
Designed and built using Lovable and Claude. Not outsourced, not templated — every section planned, written, and iterated by me. It's a portfolio about delivery. It was also a delivery project.
ActiveOutside of my professional work, I serve as an unofficial operations lead for my faith community — a multi-team organization running programs, communications, and events simultaneously. I treat it the same way I treat any client engagement: with a project plan, clear ownership, and a bias toward systems that outlast my involvement.

Risk Management
A routine-looking workflow request came in four days before year-end shutdown — it would have corrupted live data.
Scope Management · Stakeholder Alignment
A new client stakeholder joined mid-implementation and immediately pushed changes that would rewrite the agreed build.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Mid-integration, the third-party vendor's documentation and support disappeared — the relationship was being severed company-wide.
Technical Coordination
Legacy system objects — similar to pulling primary keys — needed removing from an active production platform without breaking a single live workflow.
Complex Delivery
A full enterprise program revamp: undocumented customizations, 10,000+ daily surveys, 5-language localization. Client needed it in a third of the normal time.
Adaptability
The client's key decision-maker was terminated mid-implementation. Their replacement was replaced again — with active milestones already in motion.
Expectation Management
Two weeks from go-live, the client surfaced a reporting change they'd explicitly said wasn't needed during scoping.
